Today Recipes | Easy Vegan Pop Tart Recipe – I LOVE pop tarts!!! I ate these constantly, even into adulthood, ignoring the obvious grocery list of scariness on the ingredient label. One celiac diagnosis later, I had sort of given up on ever eating anything lovely ever again (I like my bread y’all, and isn’t the best most comforting stuff ALWAYS bread?) so I adapted your super easy recipe to be GF vegan. Just replace the flour with a GF bread dough mix (I used Bob’s Red Mill, because it has Xanthan gum already mixed in for elasticity) I used a touch of blackstrap molasses instead of the sugar in the filling, and they are simply heavenly. This saved my life. Enjoy!
