Today Recipes | Easy Pink Moscato Sangria Recipe – This is oh-so good! I was looking for a new summertime drink recipe. It’s feeling like summer already in Florida without a lot of ingredients, and this was perfect! I made a slight mod in that I used a mixed berries blend of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries instead of just strawberries. This would be perfect for a girl’s night or bridal shower! This white sangria was so delicious, made it for a summer BBQ. Used white Moscato wine and did not even need the addition of simple syrup. The wine was sweet enough. Everyone loved this sangria and it was my first ever time making sangria! I was so excited I didn’t even snap a pic, I guess that just means I will need to make it again soon.
I usually make mine with Pinot Grigio and added grenadine for sweetness, but once I tasted the sweetness of Moscato and Reisling, I think I could easily make it with one of these without adding sugar or simple syrup. I usually puree a bunch of fruit and berries in my food processor and then add it to a pitcher of a few bottles of wine and let it ferment for 2 days. Then on the day I’m going to serve it, I strain the wine into another pitcher, then I add a bunch of cut fruit and berries. The two days fermenting helps it take on so many other flavors! And then the day of the fruit and berries become boozy as well. I sometimes freeze grapes to use as ice cubes.
Easy Pink Moscato Sangria Recipe
For those who have a sweet tooth and love wine, then sangria may be the beverage for you! I love making a mug of the couple of days before we’re having friends over for a game night or cookout. We’ve several sangria recipes for several occasions, but this Pink Moscato Sangria is perfect for spring, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day or any hot summer’s day. You possibly can serve it straight or add a splash of lemon-lime soda before serving (about 2 parts sangria to 1 part soda). Enjoy!

- 1 cup (200gr) sugar
- 1 cup raspberries
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 grapefruit, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup (60ml) triple sec
- 1 bottle (750ml) rose Moscato
Foot Notes: This sangria can be prepared up to 12 hours before serving. Keep refrigerated.
